Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Automation Direct EZ-S8C-F parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Proface products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mitsubishi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Dea product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Proface such as the GP577RTC4124VPTPA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GT1155HS manufactured by Mitsubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature G59602801 by Manufacturer Dea as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Proface Brand GP2300LG4124V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Idec such as HG2SSB62YHMK1312 equipment made by Idec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Idec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Idec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available K3HBXAD made by Omron as well as the popular IWKAPCS900 original spares produced by Iwk

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F940WGOTTWDE by Mitsubishi and HG2SSB62YHMK1312 spares by Idec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
